Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Team Head for our branch in Isabela. This is a full-time, on-site role where the successful candidate will oversee daily branch operations, develop and lead their team towards achieving organizational goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, performance monitoring, setting targets, resolving operational issues, and implementing strategic initiatives. The Team Head will also maintain compliance with company policies and contribute to business growth by driving cost-effective operations and delivering high-quality services.

- Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Experience in operations, performance monitoring, and problem-solving to enhance business efficiency.
- Proficient in planning, decision-making, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and ensure client satisfaction.
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, courier services, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Isabela and meet organizational objectives effectively.
