Qualifications
- Relevant degree and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and professional training
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong experience in sales, operational, conversion, admissions, or customer success environments
- Proven experience managing and leading teams for multiple years
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and balance volume, capacity, and outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insight into operational action
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work under pressure, and make sound operational decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations
- High level of written and spoken English
- Understanding of automated conversion-focused communications and messaging platforms
- Experience within international student admissions or higher education is desirable
- Experience in leading a sales team is desirable
- Understanding of CRM-driven communications and messaging platforms is desirable
- Experience working with offshore or distributed operational teams is desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable
- Experience coordinating outbound calling or multi-channel engagement activity is desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Customer Success Team Leads across reactive support and proactive conversion activity
- Own conversion strategy and operational priorities across the student pipeline
- Orchestrate conversion activity across email, messaging platforms, and outbound calling
- Define conversion intent and calls to action to ensure outreach is purposeful and outcome driven
- Align conversion outreach with Customer Success team capacity and service levels
- Maintain strong service levels, response times, and customer experience standards
- Set operational priorities and workload direction across support, pipeline management, and proactive engagement
- Own conversion performance reporting across pipeline progression, response rates, and stalled application reduction
- Use data and insight to improve conversion rates, pipeline progression, visa readiness, enrolment outcomes, and customer experience
- Ensure conversion activity supports a positive and consistent student experience across all channels
- Build strong working relationships across Admissions, Marketing, Recruitment, and Education Company teams
