Position Overview
The Team Assistant will provide operational, administrative, and organizational support across multiple departments within Dragons Elite Athletics. This individual will work closely with leadership, facility staff, coaches, operations, and marketing teams to help support day-to-day business functions, scheduling, coordination, merchandise organization, events, and overall facility operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sports, teamwork, and creating a positive member and athlete experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist leadership and team members with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Support scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and communication follow-up.
- Assist with merchandise organization, apparel inventory, and product distribution as needed.
- Help coordinate events, training sessions, camps, and facility activities.
- Support onboarding coordination and general team logistics.
- Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, reports, and internal documentation.
- Assist with facility preparation, organization, and presentation standards.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, coaching, and leadership teams.
- Support customer service and member experience initiatives within the facilities.
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, retail, hospitality, sports, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
- Passion for athletics, youth development, sports performance, or fitness preferred.
