Teacher's Loan Billing and Remittance Supervisor

The Billing and Remittance Supervisor is responsible in leading, planning and implementation of the billing and remittance activities of the Teacher's Loan Billing Unit. Oversees the implementation of the company's billing and remittance policies and procedures in order to achieve management target and expectations.

• Ensures that all loan releases of Teacher's Loan are billed properly and that billings are submitted to DepEd Regional or Division Offices on time for the exact effectivity of the loan amortizations
• Ensures that remittances and over-the-counter payments of all loan releases are posted in a timely manner
• Manages cost and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
• Ensures proper coordination with internal clients (i.e. Branches, Account Officers) with regards to billing of loans
• Address billing and remittance concern/s raised by both internal and external customers and give appropriate recommendations
• Closely coordinates with DepEd Payroll Services Unit Ensures that billings comply with and in accordance with the DepEd issued Term and Conditions of the APDS Accreditation (TCAA). Making sure that billing components are satisfied both electronic and documentary
• Communicates with the team changes or update in billing & remittance procedures in an area
• Design additional billing and remittance procedures if needed in order to streamline and promote effective billing and remittance procedures
• Ensures sanity of billing & remittance system and recommend enhancements if necessary
• Monitors and maintain a high deduction and billing efficiency through error free billings
