Responsibilities

• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Able to handle Major Incident management
• Handle team of more than 50 plus associates
• Customer Management
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
• Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain
• Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc.
• Good-to-Have
• Understanding of customer SLA and KPI
• Understanding of application packaging and imaging
