Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the Philippine market development.

2. Collect market intelligence, including the market share and potential market capacity, develop market development plan and competition plan accordingly.

3. Plan and implement local marketing strategy and plans.

4. Develop new customers and maintain current customers, including the formulation of annual sales planning, pricing, order receiving, etc.

5. Complete the sales targets set by the company, and increase sales volume and market share.

6. Handle customer claims and complaints with support from group Service and Technical teams.

7. Regular market and customer visits, feedback on changes in the Philippine market conditions, assist with the new channel development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree and above;

2. More than 3 years sales experience in tires business, especially TBR;

3. Familiar with the tire industry in the Philippines, equipped with certain technical service capabilities;

4. Accept frequent business trips within Philippines;

5. Candidates based in Visayas and Mindanao are strongly encouraged to apply.
