Tax Manager

Lead our tax function and play a strategic role in ensuring compliance, managing tax risks, and driving business growth.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee the company's tax compliance, planning, reporting, and audit activities. This role will serve as a key advisor to management, ensuring adherence to tax regulations while identifying opportunities to enhance tax efficiency and strengthen governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of all tax returns and statutory requirements, ensuring full compliance with Philippine tax regulations.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies while providing tax advisory support for business initiatives, transactions, and operational decisions.
• Lead tax audits, assessments, regulatory examinations, and dispute resolution efforts with government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Manage tax reporting, provisions, reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures while ensuring accuracy and integrity of tax data.
• Lead and develop the Tax team, drive process improvements, strengthen tax controls, and promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy with a CPA license (required).
• At least 5 years of progressive tax experience, preferably within a large organization or professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting.
• Proven experience in tax planning, tax audits, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
