As a Tax Manager, you'll join a newly established Pioneer team dedicated to one of Australia's leading Big Four accounting firms. You'll supervise Australian tax and accounting engagements, review technical work, guide team members, and coordinate with Australian stakeholders across SME and mid-market portfolios. Job Overview

• Full-time | Day shift | Weekends off
• Work-from-home opportunity with a hybrid setup in Pampanga

• Earn up to PHP 130,000 salary (based on skills, expertise, and experience)
• Receive a PHP10,000 one-time non-taxable allowance

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 4 years of Australian public practice accounting experience
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience
• Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with annual turnovers of AUD 5M-100M+
• CA or CA-equivalent qualification (completed or currently in progress)
• Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting legislation, and regulatory requirements

Your Daily Tasks

Australian Tax & Advisory

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice and solutions across a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, privately owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, foreign subsidiaries, and small listed entities.
• Build technical expertise across Australian tax compliance, accounting, and business advisory services for middle-market clients.

Client Engagement & Leadership

• Lead and contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle.
• Communicate directly with clients and participate in presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes that support long-term client success.
