Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee tax compliancefor corporate, local, and international tax regulations, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Develop and implement tax strategiesto optimize the company's tax position and reduce liabilities.
• Manage audits and inquiriesfrom tax authorities, providing documentation and support as needed.
• Lead and mentor the tax team, providing guidance on complex tax issues and professional development.
• Collaborate with finance and legal departmentsto assess tax implications of business decisions and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including corporate, international, and indirect taxes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in tax software and financial systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
