Tax Lead/Supervisor (Global/Shared Service)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workload allocation, performance management, coaching, and issue resolution.
• Supervise the day-to-day execution of Tax and VAT compliance activities, filings, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with international tax, VAT, and Philippine tax filing.
• Support tax audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy/Finance; preferably with CPA license but not required.
• With 4-8 years of experience in tax in global/international environment. Must have 2-3 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must have experience in indirect tax, tax returns, local and international tax.
• Preferably with experience in process improvement in tax codes or any ERP tools.
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Engagement: Direct hire and for permanent.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Mid Shift (2PM-11PM)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x wfh a week)
• Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd., Parañaque City; will relocate to Taguig in January 2027
