Ayala Land Group is looking for a Tax Lawyer.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the ff:
- Handle Tax Assessments (BIR and LGU) for ALI subsidiaries resulting in substantial reduction deficiency tax assessments and tax savings for the company while maintaining good relationship with the tax authorities.
- Secure BIR rulings, certifications, or confirmations
- Assists in car issuance, advice on registration of licenses and permits, and strengthen tax compliance with different government agencies such as the BIR, BOI, PEZA, and various LGUs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably CPA
- Ability to provide advice on various tax implications of business transactions and provide tax efficient alternatives
- Ability to analyze business impact of proposed legislative and tax developments
- Ability to handle and close tax assessments, VAT refunds, and other BIR, LGU, and possibly CTA matters
- Ability to deal with BIR, PEZA, BOI, LGU, and other government agencies.
