Job Description

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and processes.
Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide guidance accordingly.
Support the Accounting & Finance department in meeting organizational goals.
Provide training and guidance to team members on internal controls and tax compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tax Compliance & Internal Control Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
With minimum of 10 years of experience
Experience in internal control processes within the FMCG industry.
Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
