- Lead the consolidation of Training Needs Analysis inputs and convert priorities into actionable development plans such as courses, shadowing, coaching circles, curated learning, or other development activities.
Tax Change Monitoring and Execution Readiness
- Partner with tax governance teams to proactively monitor changes in tax legislation, jurisprudence, and related compliance requirements.
- Drive business impact assessments, stakeholder communications, training updates, process or control reminders, and readiness actions for impacted teams.
- Own and maintain a central Tax Change Register covering key changes, impacted processes, accountable owners, actions, and due dates.
Tax Budget, Consultant Spend and Vendor Coordination
- Provide structured oversight and visibility over tax budget and consultant spend to support informed decision-making by the Global Tax leadership.
- Drive consultant and vendor engagement readiness, including RFP inputs, scope templates, onboarding requirements, contract pack readiness, deliverables tracking, and utilization monitoring.

- Drive regular tax communications to strengthen visibility and compliance awareness, including rule changes, reminders, training invites, wins, and upcoming deadlines.
- Lead improvements in record retention, audit readiness, folder structure, indexing, and evidence completeness.
- Lead tax engagement readiness for visitors, townhalls, team-building activities, mandatory training reminders, policy updates, and internal engagements.
