About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Accounting or Finance graduate who is eager to learn and build expertise in Tax, PEZA compliance, and environmental regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
● Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with BIR regulations.
● Support PEZA compliance activities, including the preparation of reports and documentation
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and government agencies regarding tax and PEZA requirements
● Maintain accurate records and organize compliance-related documentation.
● Assist in monitoring regulatory deadlines and statutory requirements
● Participate in training and development programs related to Tax, PEZA, and Pollution Control Officer (PCO) responsibilities
● Perform other compliance and finance-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Finance, or other related business courses
● Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience are welcome
● Strong willingness to learn and build expertise in tax, PEZA, and regulatory compliance
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
● Willingness to work on a hybrid work set-up mainly in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City (occasional travel to other sites may be required)
