As Tax and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overall tax compliance and management of the run of river, solar and wind assets. The incumbent is also responsible for the recovery of Input Value-Added Tax (VAT); for the provision of financial reports to other concerned departments for the purpose of statutory and regulatory compliance; and to ensure full compliance to debt covenants and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with all departments and other BUs to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

• Tax Audit, Assessment and Claims Management
• Loan Compliance
• Tax Risk Management
• Tax Education, Planning and Advisory
• Coordination and Administration

• Can perform task with minimal or no supervision

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
• Preferably CPA
• Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience
• With extensive knowledge in tax compliance and tax planning.
• With at least 3 years of Leadership experience
