As Tax and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overall tax compliance and management of the Cleanergy 9 Power Inc. The incumbent is also responsible for the recovery of Input Value-Added Tax (VAT); for the provision of financial reports to other concerned departments for the purpose of statutory and regulatory compliance; as well as managing other complian

cerelated submission for BIR, ERC, DOE (financial portions). The role also involves adhering to company policies, ensuring information asset security, and contributing to a high-performing team through engagement, authenticity, and support for diversity and inclusion and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment

• Tax Audit, Assessment and Claims Management
• Loan Compliance
• Tax Risk Management
• Tax Education, Planning and Advisory
• Coordination and Administration

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Bachelor of Laws
• Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience
• With extensive knowledge in tax compliance and tax planning
• 3 years of Leadership experience
• Preferably CPA
