Position Summary
The Tax Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the organization's tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role ensures accurate preparation and timely filing of tax returns, compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, and supports management in minimizing tax risks while optimizing tax strategies. The position also supervises a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Qualific
- ationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA prefe
- rred).At least 3 years of progressive experience in tax accounting, with 2+ years in a supervisory
- role.Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting stan
- dards.Experience in dealing with tax audits and liaising with external auditors/consul
- tants.Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerP
