As a Tax Accountant, you'll join an October-start Pioneer team dedicated to the Big Four firm, applying your Australian public practice experience across tax returns, technical research, GST, structuring, and complex advisory matters. Job Overview

- PHP 20,000 non-taxable allowance

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting experience
- Exposure to SME and mid-market clients with AUD 5M-100M+ turnover
- Experience preparing Australian financial statements, tax workpapers, and income tax returns
- Strong understanding of Australian taxation, GST, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare Australian income tax returns and technical tax advisory reports
- Conduct tax research and provide advice on Australian taxation, GST, and complex tax matters
- Support business structuring initiatives, cross-border transactions, and indirect tax advisory projects
- Assist with asset acquisitions, divestments, financing arrangements, and IPO-related tax matters
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regarding reviews, audits, and dispute resolution matters
- Apply legislative updates and taxation changes to client engagements and advisory work
- Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives and tax advisory updates
- Review, organize, and maintain client records, financial information, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with Australian-based tax professionals on complex client engagements
