Role Description Tarlac City District 2 Heads role is a full-time, on-site position based in Talavera. The role is responsible for overseeing district operations, including coordination of local sales activities, monitoring service and maintenance schedules, and ensuring alignment with company standards and policies. Day-to-day tasks include supervising district staff, managing customer and partner relationships, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports for management. The district head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of electric jeepneys, address operational issues, and implement process improvements. This role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing resources efficiently, and supporting community engagement initiatives within Tarlac City District 2.

Qualifications

  • Experience in district or branch management, operations supervision, or area leadership within automotive, transportation, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in people management, team coordination, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Background in sales or customer relationship management, including handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting business development initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, prepare clear reports, and use basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for tracking and planning.
  • Familiarity or interest in electric vehicles, fleet management, or sustainable transportation solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site in Talavera and regularly engage with stakeholders in Tarlac City District 2.
  • Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, and previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
