THE HIRD CORP ( PH bases subsidiary of THE HIRD GROUP ) is a Cebu Based recruitment agency sourcing for Customer Service Representatives for our BPO clients in IT Park.

Our work is to source qualified applicants for our BPO client and get our applicants to show up for the interview.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for generating fresh leads for Customer Service Representative roles everyday. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will read Job descriptions provided by client, post ads across paid and free sourcing platforms like Facebook groups, Instagram, Linkedin, Indeed, Jobstreet etc and ensure that screening team has plenty of leads to call on.

JOB ROLE:

- Read and understand Job Descriptions given by client.

- Source qualified applicants through Facebook groups, referals, linkedin, Jobstreet, Indeed etc.

- Upload all leads on a centralised calling sheet

- Ensure all leads are called by the screening team and update the sheet.
