As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in connecting exceptional technology talent with career-defining opportunities within a leading global financial services organisation. Combining curiosity, relationship-building expertise, and a passion for talent attraction, you'll proactively identify, engage, and nurture some of the industry's most sought-after professionals across engineering, data & analytics, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

Working in partnership with Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring leaders, you'll help shape workforce strategies, uncover talent market opportunities, and deliver outstanding candidate experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your expertise in strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and market mapping while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to the business.

How you will shape the future of talent:

• Proactively source, engage, and assess high-calibre talent across technology and business functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and innovative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, creating a sustainable flow of future-ready talent.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence projects to identify key talent pools, competitor landscapes, and emerging skills within the technology sector.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that inform sourcing strategies
• Design and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to attract diverse and high-performing talent for priority hiring projects.
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the organisation's values and commitment to talent.

About you:

• An experienced sourcing and/or recruitment professional with agency, RPO, exec search, or in-house talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and pipeline development across engineering, data & analytics, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital technology disciplines.
• Naturally curious and commercially minded, with the ability to translate market intelligence into meaningful talent insights and hiring recommendations.
• A collaborative relationship builder who thrives when partnering with stakeholders and influencing hiring outcomes.
