Position Purpose:

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will execute sourcing strategies for the organization. You will work closely with the Sourcing Supervisor to provide sourcing strategy input and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for the following across MicroSourcing & Beepo:

• Execute lead-generation activities to fulfill open requirements, including referral programs, university and industry partnerships, collaboration with talent providers, and other sourcing strategies. Post job ads on various job portals and ensure accuracy and completeness of postings.
• Monitor applications across all sourcing channels and collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for.
• Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with client workforce plans.
• Develop detailed project plans to guide execution and identify dependencies submit post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare channel analysis reports.
• Represent the Talent Acquisition Team in all New Hire Orientations to promote Beepo's referral programs.
• Prepare end-of-day and week-on-week reports, including referral incentive reports for disbursement.
• Attend recruiter calibration at least once a week to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management within the scope of employment to support effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous organizational growth.

Qualifications and Typical Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in recruitment or RPO market research is a plus but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, including creating slides and decks with approved images, graphics, charts, tables, and graphs.
• Internet-savvy with the ability to perform advanced Google searches.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills.
