Talent Sourcing Specialist (Financial Services)

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent across technology roles. With a strong focus on proactive sourcing, you will identify, engage, and build talent pipelines within a global financial services organisation, supporting hiring needs across domains such as software engineering, data and analytics, cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

Working alongside Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you'll help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your market research and strategic sourcing capabilities while developing your influence as a trusted talent advisor.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days onsite per week.

How you will shape the future of talent:

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across banking, digital, and middle office disciplines using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards
• Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that inform sourcing strategies
• Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for priority roles
• Partnering with Resourcing Specialists and hiring managers from briefing through to offer stage
• Engaging talent communities and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience

About you:

• A sourcing and/or recruitment specialist with in-house or agency experience
• Skilled in proactive sourcing, market mapping, research, and talent pooling across technology domains such as software engineering, data, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Highly organised and collaborative, with a strong interest in technology and financial services recruitment
• Motivated and ready to grow your career within a high-performing RPO environment
