The resource is expected to:
- Build proactive pipelines for volume and niche BPO roles,
- Own recruitment marketing and social media strategy, and
- Deliver labor market intelligence that influences hiring decisions.

Social Media & Recruitment Marketing
- Own TA social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube/shorts) and careers content.
- Build editorial/content calendars aligned to hiring needs, EVP, and campaign cycles.
- Produce and publish high-converting content: job ads, employee spotlights, reels, day-in-the-life posts, infographics, and microsite copy.
- Run paid/boosted campaigns; manage targeting, A/B tests, and creative iterations
Content Writing (Preferred/Strong Advantage)
- Write clear, on-brand copy for job posts, landing pages, chatbots, emails, and nurture sequences.
- Craft compelling narratives from employee stories, culture artifacts, and benefits.
- Ensure tone, grammar, and messaging consistency; optimize content for conversions and SEO.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Insights
- Build periodic market scans: talent availability, salary benchmarks, hiring speed, and competitor activity.
- Provide insights to guide channel mix, site selection, ramp timelines, and hiring strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and research libraries, present to TA leadership with actionable recommendations
Data, Reporting & Optimization
- Track funnel metrics (sourced screened interviewed hired), channel attribution, and cost/per-hire.
- Monitor social performance (reach, CTR, conversion, application quality) and iterate accordingly.
- Recommend tools, automation, and process improvements to maximize sourcing productivity.
Must-Have :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in BPO talent sourcing/recruitment marketing.
- Proven success running social media recruitment campaigns and building pipelines for high-volume roles.
- Strong content writing skills (provide samples/portfolio or links to posts/campaigns)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet/Indeed, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and sourcing CRMs/ATS.
- Advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, and competitor research skills.
- Data-driven mindset; able to interpret dashboards and tell a clear story with insights
- Willing to Work in BGC Taguig
