Global Pipeline Development & Partnerships Officer

(Talent Sourcing Officer)

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: Mon-Fri, 7AM – 4PM PH Time

Arrangement: Hybrid, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

+ Global Talent Pipeline Development & Partnership Officer proactively builds and sustains high-quality talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, channel ownership, and external partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in front-end talent generation, enjoys market mapping, and understands that great hiring starts long before a vacancy opens.

+ You will play a key role in leveraging LinkedIn sourcing tools (including LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant), external job boards, and internal referral programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates across priority roles.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

+ Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, including the use of LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant for talent discovery and pipeline acceleration.

+ Screen and assess candidate quality from multiple sourcing channels to build ready-to-engage talent pools.

+ Own and manage applicant sourcing channels, ensuring consistent pipeline health and candidate flow.

+ Conduct talent market mapping for niche and priority roles to anticipate future hiring needs.

Channel Ownership & Optimization

+ Utilize external job boards and digital sourcing platforms to support pipeline generation.

+ Monitor sourcing channel performance and continuously optimize strategies based on results and talent availability.

+ Maintain organized talent pools and candidate engagement records within the ATS/CRM.

Partnership & Lead Generation

+ Engage with organizational partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to generate candidate leads and early pipeline opportunities.

+ Support early-stage talent nurturing through regular engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.

+ Collaborate closely with recruitment leaders to align pipeline priorities with workforce plans.

Marketing & Campaign Collaboration

+ Partner with Marketing to execute targeted talent campaigns, including:

+ Employee referral programs

+ Applicant referral initiatives

+ Role-specific or location-based sourcing campaigns

+ Contribute insights on candidate behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness
