What will you be doing
The Candidate Experience Partner will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including those from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Candidate Experience Partner works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an effective recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion, this position plays a vital role in shaping Siemens future workforce. Additionally, the Candidate Experience Partner will be instrumental in positioning Siemens Energy as an employer of choice, further elevating the candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leverage data-driven insights by analysing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimise strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.
- Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources—including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent—using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.
- Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers to facilitate decision-making.
- Act as a sourcing business partner by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation.

What are we looking for
- Minimum 4 years recent experience supporting APAC or other similar large-scale regions
- Proficient in Mandarin (Mandarin language proficiency is required)
- Strong background in outbound sourcing, with proactive talent identification and engagement strategies
- Advanced Boolean search skills across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
- Creative and resourceful sourcing approach, with ability to leverage non-traditional channels
- Prior experience recruiting within a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the power, energy, or oil & gas industry is preferred
