Job Title: Talent Sourcer – IT & Engineering (Philippines)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our IT and Engineering recruitment operations. This role will focus on proactively sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates, managing recruitment administration tasks, and ensuring a smooth pipeline of talent for our team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, familiarity with recruitment platforms, and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Shortlisting
- Identify and engage IT and Engineering candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct resume searches, screen for technical and role-specific fit, and create shortlists for recruiters.
- Maintain and update talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
- Recruitment Administration
- Post job openings across multiple job boards and online platforms.
- Write and send outgoing messages to potential candidates, ensuring a professional and consistent tone.
- Prepare candidate submissions, including formatting resumes and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Track candidate activity, communication, and status in the ATS.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide timely updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Support recruitment process efficiency by adhering to established workflows and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment support (IT/Engineering focus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ATS platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with resume formatting, job postings, and candidate outreach best practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
