Job Description

We are seeking a high-performance Talent Sourcer to support recruitment delivery for an Australian business.

This role is heavily focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline generation, not full-cycle recruitment. The primary objective is to identify, engage, and deliver a high volume of qualified candidates for recruiters to assess.

The ideal candidate has strong agency recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can consistently generate 200+ qualified candidates per week across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across multiple roles using:

- LinkedIn Recruiter

- Job boards (Seek, Indeed, etc.)

- Talent databases, referrals, and passive sourcing channels

  • Build and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines (200+ candidates/week)
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement (calls, messages, emails)
  • Perform initial screening and qualification checks
  • Make 20–30 outbound calls per day to engage candidates
  • Maintain and update talent pools in JobAdder (ATS)
  • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of interview-ready candidates
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and outreach methods

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of agency recruitment experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing (core function)
  • Proven ability to generate high-volume candidate pipelines
  • Experience using:

- LinkedIn Recruiter

- JobAdder (required)

- Job boards and sourcing tools (Seek, Indeed, etc.)

  • Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls per day
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work at speed with high-output expectations

Highly Preferred

  • Experience supporting Australian clients or roles
  • Experience sourcing for:

- Operations

- Admin

- Marketing

- Professional services

  • Background in high-volume or agency recruitment environments
  • Experience working with fast-moving requisition pipelines
