Overall Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the Oceania Learning & Development Team through the effective coordination and delivery of All EY Learning programs, projects, and initiatives within a fast paced environment.

The role plays a critical part in ensuring learning initiatives are well organised, responsive to business needs, and executed to a high standard across the organisation, with a strong focus on attention to detail, initiative, and solutions focused thinking.

You will manage a large and diverse learning portfolio independently, with support from the All EY and Clients & Industries (C&I) Learning Managers, spanning All EY offerings and C&I projects. The role contributes to the end to end coordination, deployment, reporting, and ongoing support of All EY Learning programs, including creating and maintaining learning resources, reports, documentation, and processes. This includes responding to stakeholder requests, supporting program deployment activities, identifying better applications, ways of working, and continuously improving documents, processes, and tools.

The role requires curiosity and a proactive mindset, with the ability to think outside the box, make practical suggestions, and take initiative to improve learning deployment and operational effectiveness. You will work confidently with data, demonstrating advanced capability in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, a strong understanding of SuccessFactors. An intermediate understanding of Power BI, with a genuine interest and passion for developing capability in this space is desirable.

You will liaise closely with members of the All EY Learning Team and a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, Learning & Development, and wider Talent teams. The role requires confidence in stakeholder communications, the ability to respond clearly and professionally, and the capability to manage expectations while delivering high quality outcomes. Through strong coordination, attention to detail, and solutions focused delivery, this role supports the successful deployment of learning solutions aligned to business priorities and capability needs.

Major Responsibilities And Duties

  • Support All EY Learning projects, programs, and initiatives through effective coordination, logistics, and delivery across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Support the deployment and coordination of All EY Learning programs, including participant management, facilitation management, system updates, and reporting.
  • Create, maintain, format, and improve learning and project resources, documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Track, manage, and communicate project milestones, timelines, risks, and gaps.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, supporting updates, follow ups, and responding to enquiries.
  • Manage participant and project enquiries received via shared mailboxes and other channels.
  • Attend and contribute to project meetings regularly.
  • Collate, maintain, and report on program data, ensuring data integrity and insights.
  • Maintain learning management systems and project trackers.
  • Support portfolio prioritisation and capacity tracking across a large learning portfolio in a fast paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, documentation, and ways of working to improve overall deployment efficiency.
  • Provide coordination and support to Learning Managers to enable effective delivery.
  • Support use of tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SuccessFactors, and Power BI.
