Help Us Build the Teams Behind Our Next Stage of Growth
We are entering an important stage of growth across our businesses.
Our payments, fintech and telecom/IoT businesses are expanding across international markets.
New functions are being built, existing teams are growing, and none of this happens without the right people.
We are looking for a Talent & People Specialist who wants to help build, not simply maintain our teams. You will find the people who can move our businesses forward, keep critical hiring on track and help create a stronger experience for employees joining and growing with us.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-applications role. You will actively search, engage, assess and bring the right people into the business.
Your Mission
- Build strong teams across multiple businesses, functions and countries (APAC, EMEA, LATAM).
- Ensure priority vacancies do not become bottlenecks to business growth.
- Create a hiring experience that is fast, professional and human.
- Help new employees integrate successfully and feel connected to the organisation.
- Turn employee feedback into practical improvements, not engagement for the sake of engagement.
What You Will Own
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the group.
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand what they genuinely need, not simply process job requests.
- Keep interviews, feedback, offers and candidate communication moving without unnecessary delays.
- Build reusable pipelines for recurring, high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles.
- Partner with the Head of HR on selected mid-to-senior and overseas appointments.
- Coordinate offers, reference checks, pre-employment requirements and onboarding handovers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and highlight ageing vacancies, weak pipelines and hiring risks early.
- Strengthen our employee-referral channels, employer brand and recruitment processes.
People Experience
- Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees from offer acceptance through onboarding.
- Conduct new-joiner check-ins and identify issues that may affect integration or retention.
- Support practical employee-engagement and recognition initiatives across Singapore and selected overseas teams.
- Identify recurring concerns and turn feedback into clear recommendations for the Head of HR.
- Support internal communications, culture-building and selected retention initiatives.
- Help connect recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employee experience into one consistent journey.
You will enjoy this role if you are:
- Resourceful and willing to search beyond the obvious candidate pool.
- Comfortable handling both volume hiring and specialist searches.
- Able to move quickly without sacrificing judgement or candidate quality.
- Persistent in following up and keeping people accountable for decisions.
- Curious about the businesses you recruit for and able to understand what makes someone suitable.
- Organised enough to manage multiple active vacancies without losing visibility.
- Comfortable working across different industries, cultures and time zones.
- Interested in broader people work, not recruitment alone.
- Motivated by building something that is still evolving.
What We Are Looking For
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a combined HR and recruitment role.
- A strong record of directly sourcing and engaging candidates rather than relying only on job advertisements.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI beyond basic content generation-such as for talent research, market mapping, sourcing strategy, recruitment analytics and workflow automation, while applying sound judgement and validating outputs would be an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and hiring stakeholders concurrently.
- Confidence recruiting across operational, corporate and specialist positions.
- Regional or international recruitment experience would be advantageous.
- Exposure to manufacturing, technology, fintech, payments or telecommunications would be useful
- Experience supporting onboarding, engagement or employer-branding initiatives would be an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, candidate-assessment and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Role Summary
This role gives you exposure to very different hiring challenges, from scaling a manufacturing operation to finding regional commercial and technical talent in the payments/fintech space. You will work closely with business leaders, understand what each team genuinely needs and see the direct impact of the people you bring into the organisation.
Beyond filling vacancies, you will help shape how we attract, welcome and engage employees across the group. If you want real ownership, broad exposure and the opportunity to influence how a growing international business builds its teams, we would like to meet you.
