Key Accountabilities:
What you'll do:
- Own and deliver end-to-end talent attraction strategies aligned to client hiring needs and AMS objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel attraction campaigns including paid media, social, and content-led strategies.
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by providing insights on talent markets, channels, and candidate behaviour.
- Manage and track recruitment marketing budgets, ensuring effective utilization and ROI.
- Collaborate with global hub teams (Manila & Poland) to execute campaigns through clear briefing and governance.
Skills & Requirements:
- Take ownership of MBR/QBR reporting, presenting insights, performance outcomes, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing campaign performance and optimizing sourcing strategies.
- Work in a highly collaborative, global environment, ensuring alignment across regions and teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment marketing channels (job boards, social media, programmatic, Google ads, etc.).
- Experience designing and executing multi-channel attraction strategies beyond traditional job postings.
- Ability to create content-led sourcing approaches to engage passive talent pools.
- Knowledge of paid media strategies, including targeting, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with candidate journey mapping and creating multiple engagement touchpoints.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels and campaign effectiveness.
- Experience working with or briefing offshore/centralized sourcing or marketing teams.
- Strong capability in market mapping and talent insights to guide sourcing decisions.
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle (even if from prior experience) to align attraction with hiring needs.
- Ability to differentiate between employer branding vs. recruitment marketing execution.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to present strategies, insights, and performance data in a clear and confident manner.
- Proven stakeholder management with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach across global teams.
