Job Summary
The Talent & Organizational Development Manager is responsible for leading strategic initiatives that enhance organizational capability, leadership readiness, employee development, and culture transformation. The role supports business growth by implementing effective OD frameworks and talent strategies within a technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational development and talent management programs across the organization
- Design leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs
- Implement organizational change management initiatives supporting business transformation
- Develop competency models and career development frameworks
- Facilitate workshops, interventions, and team development sessions
- Analyze employee engagement and organizational effectiveness data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce capability initiatives
- Ensure alignment of OD programs with company objectives and organizational culture
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to people and organizational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR Organizational Development
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity
- Required experience from a Tech or IT company
- Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
- Proven experience handling organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills
