Job description:
Talent Operations Management
- Meets with stakeholders and hiring managers as needed to provide updates on active roles, challenges, and discuss potential requirements.
- Ensures that recruitment SLAs, metrics, and agreed turnaround times (TATs) are consistently met across all assigned accounts and roles.
- Provides accurate Recruitment Reports (Daily/Weekly) to management in a timely manner.
- Facilitates client interviews of candidates.
- Ensures that Job In-Take Sessions and role calibrations are scheduled with Hiring Managers prior to working on a particular role.
- Works with the RMS Team in conducting market scans for net new roles.
- Reviews endorsements from RMS Partners/Specialists and conducts Behavioral Interviews with candidates.
- Initiates administration and completion of online and written assessments as needed.
- Coordinates scheduling of interviews and communicates hiring results to Hiring Managers.
- Provides timely interview feedback to candidates.
- Makes recommendations to management on offer extensions based on interview outcomes and background investigations.
- Prepares job offers and issues employment contracts to new hires.
- Ensures that offers are aligned with internal pay ranges and are at par with current market rates.
- Ensures that pre-employment documents are submitted by new hires at least one week before the scheduled start date.
- Gathers candidate data for market intelligence purposes and shares insights with the Talent Operations Lead.
- Monitors the daily flow of applicants and ensures all scheduled candidates are accommodated for Behavioral Interviews, Assessments, or Contract Signing.
- Sends End of Day Reports to the Talent Acquisition Team.
- Gathers pre-employment requirements from new hires and is responsible for timely follow-up.
- Responsible for filing and organizing recruitment-related documents; ensures complete Pre-Employment Requirements are endorsed to the Onboarding Team in a timely manner.
- Consolidates the list of new joiners for the New Hire Integration (NHI) class and sends the list to the Training Team.
- Maintains Talent Acquisition Trackers (e.g., Pre-Employment Requirements, CS Recruit) and ensures data accuracy at all times.
Qualifications and requirements:
Education
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in a BPO
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and niche/senior-level hiring simultaneously.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs
Skills & Competencies
- Strong end-to-end recruitment knowledge including sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handover.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment technology platforms.
- Strong team player with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across functions.
