What you will do:

This is a Project‑Based role, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Onboarding Compliance & Documentation: Guarantees completeness of 201 files and ensures all compliance standards and contracts for new hire requirements are met.
  • Onboarding Tracking & Monitoring: Ensures timely recording of all tracker and monitors the status of new hires minimums for proper execution of all onboarding initiatives
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Builds and maintains a strong working relationship within the team, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assists in the overall responsibilities of Talent Acquisition and perform additional duties that may be assigned to them

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application particularly with experience on tracker management
