Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Talent Manager to support the design, coordination, and execution of learning, leadership development, and talent capability-building programs across a global organization.
This role focuses on enabling organizational growth by ensuring learning initiatives are effectively designed, delivered, and continuously improved. The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to deliver structured development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Programme Design & Delivery Support
The Talent Manager will coordinate the design and execution of learning and development initiatives aligned with business and talent priorities.
This includes partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop structured learning solutions that support leadership development and capability building. The role also involves reviewing program content, learning objectives, and participant outcomes to ensure effectiveness.
The successful candidate will support the design of blended learning experiences, including virtual, classroom-based, and experiential formats. Where required, the Talent Manager will also facilitate workshops and development programs.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
The role involves acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, business leaders, HR teams, and external learning providers.
The Talent Manager will build strong relationships to ensure alignment on program objectives, delivery expectations, and participant engagement. This includes coordinating across multiple locations, functions, and stakeholder groups to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
The role also includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality delivery of externally sourced learning solutions.
Program Governance & Execution
The Talent Manager will oversee end-to-end program coordination, including planning, scheduling, communication, implementation, and post-program follow-up.
The role involves tracking participant engagement, learning progress, and completion of development activities. The successful candidate will also ensure that learning commitments and development actions are properly monitored and followed through.
In addition, the Talent Manager will prepare program updates, insights, and performance reports for senior stakeholders and support evaluation of program effectiveness.
Budget & Performance Management
The role includes supporting the management of learning budgets and vendor-related expenditures.
The Talent Manager will ensure efficient use of resources and track program performance metrics to support continuous improvement. The role also involves analyzing learning data and external trends to enhance program effectiveness and align with best practices in talent development.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate has experience in learning and development, talent management, leadership development, or capability-building roles within a corporate or global environment.
Strong experience in program coordination, stakeholder management, and learning delivery is required. The candidate should have experience working with external vendors and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
The role requires strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
A strong understanding of how learning and development supports organizational capability and business performance is required.
