What you will do:
* Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the Branch Manager to execute new hiring strategies as necessary.
* Screens candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
* Manages the candidates until onboarding.
* Provides excellent applicant experience
What you should have:
* Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
* At least 6 months to 1 year of extensive work experience in the related field is a plus.
* Able to work with data
* Strong communication skills both in written and verbal
* Proficiency in MS Applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
