1. Talent Planning & Strategy
- Develop workforce plans aligned with business goals
- Identify skill gaps and future talent needs
- Support succession planning for key roles
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with recruiters to attract high-potential candidates
- Help design onboarding programs to improve new hire retention
3. Employee Development
- Create and manage training and development programs
- Implement leadership development initiatives
- Support career pathing and internal mobility
4. Performance Management
- Design and maintain performance appraisal systems
- Coach managers on performance reviews and feedback
- Analyze performance data to guide decisions
5. Engagement & Retention
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction
- Recommend initiatives to improve retention
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
6. Data & Reporting
- Track HR metrics (turnover rates, promotion rates, etc.)
- Use HR systems and analytics tools to generate insights
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Master's degree or certifications (optional but preferred in some companies)
Experience
- 2–5+ years in HR, talent management, or organizational development
- Experience with HRIS systems and performance management tools
