We're looking for a Talent Management Manager to lead the strategies that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate high-potential talent, and build a high-performance culture across the organization.
You'll play a critical role in shaping how we identify, develop, assess, and grow talent to ensure we have the leaders needed for our future.
What you'll do:
- Lead the company's performance management and talent review processes.
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development across key positions.
- Design frameworks for identifying, assessing, and accelerating high-potential talent.
- Lead leadership assessment, career development, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Use talent analytics to strengthen organizational capability and inform people decisions.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a culture of performance and continuous growth.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and talent assessment.
- Excellent analytical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing future leaders and building high-performing organizations.
