The Intern Will
- Assist with the development of the communication materials to introduce and sustain major initiatives for enterprise-wide projects, namely: Talent Mobility, Leadership Pooling, HR Functional Competency, FPH Group Competencies, and Executive Hiring and Onboarding;
- Develop various communication materials (micro videos, brief write-ups for internal newsletter, collaterals) of the various initiatives;
- Create a communications plan for enterprise-wide initiatives;
- Support the development of presentations for Talent Management initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Open to 3rd and 4th year students from Communication or Design backgrounds
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent skills in crafting communications materials;
- Creative and can work with various types of media and digital formats.
