Job Description

The role aims design and drive strategies that build organizational capability through talent management, leadership development, learning programs, and a strong, inclusive culture. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and fosters an environment where employees can thrive and deliver exceptional performance.

Job Accountabilities

1. Talent Management

  • Develop and implement a talent strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee succession planning, workforce planning, and high-potential programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and build robust talent pipelines.

2. Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver leadership frameworks and programs for all levels (emerging leaders, mid-level, senior executives).
  • Introduce coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen leadership capability.
  • Ensure leadership behaviors align with organizational values and future needs.

3. Learning & Development

  • Create a learning ecosystem that supports continuous development and future skills.
  • Implement digital learning platforms, blended learning, and experiential programs.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and impact on business performance.

4. Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and psychological safety.
  • Drive employee engagement strategies and monitor cultural health through surveys and feedback.
  • Partner with leaders to embed values into everyday behaviors and decision-making.

5. Change Management & Transformation

  • Support cultural and organizational change initiatives with structured frameworks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during business transformation, ensuring employee readiness and resilience.

6. Governance & Metrics

  • Establish KPIs for talent, leadership, learning, and culture programs.
  • Report progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
