Job Accountabilities
1. Talent Management
- Develop and implement a talent strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee succession planning, workforce planning, and high-potential programs.
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and build robust talent pipelines.
2. Leadership Development
- Design and deliver leadership frameworks and programs for all levels (emerging leaders, mid-level, senior executives).
- Introduce coaching and mentoring initiatives to strengthen leadership capability.
- Ensure leadership behaviors align with organizational values and future needs.
3. Learning & Development
- Create a learning ecosystem that supports continuous development and future skills.
- Implement digital learning platforms, blended learning, and experiential programs.
- Measure learning effectiveness and impact on business performance.
4. Culture & Employee Experience
- Champion organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and psychological safety.
- Drive employee engagement strategies and monitor cultural health through surveys and feedback.
- Partner with leaders to embed values into everyday behaviors and decision-making.
5. Change Management & Transformation
- Support cultural and organizational change initiatives with structured frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor during business transformation, ensuring employee readiness and resilience.
6. Governance & Metrics
- Establish KPIs for talent, leadership, learning, and culture programs.
- Report progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
