Oversee Talent Identification and Candidate Experience team members at the GBC
Create and maintain operational processes and practices to ensure compliance and consistency in the execution and administration of Talent Acquisition activities
Provide training and guidance to team members, when needed
Respond to complex scenarios and inquiries from Managers and Recruiters to ensure prompt and accurate decisions
Leverage existing knowledge of the local talent market to build competitive intelligence and a pipeline of target companies and candidates
Continuously expand knowledge of local and national talent markets
Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends
Perform due diligence on candidate profiles
Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.)
Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow supporting several teams
