Provide support and coordinate with US Partners in the recruitment process of the Company.
- Source candidates through a variety or search methods (social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.)
- Candidate screening and maintaining applicant flow using Recruitment Tracking System.
- Implement and execute against a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs, staying ahead of new innovation and industry trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds and proprietary information.
- Reports to GBC Talent Identification Team Leader or Supervisor.
Required Work Experience:
- At least 2 yrs US healthcare sourcing experience
Working Conditions:
· Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
· Willing to work in a night shift schedule
