Directing the talent development in the APAC region to enable our people to build the skills and capabilities required to achieve our business strategy. Delivering relevant people processes which facilitate the driving of leadership, talent development and performance across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Enabling the development of colleagues to meet skills, knowledge, experience and behavioral requirements.
  • Analyses learning and talent development needs to ensure learning provision and talent pipeline meets business needs.
  • Seeking and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
  • Supervising on projects and annual processes along with supporting and design of employee development programmes.
  • Ensuring accurate learning and talent data/Oracle system management.
  • Advising stakeholders on learning opportunities and talent development interventions, influencing the business to adopt appropriate solutions.
  • Building collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You'll need to have:
  • Ability to develop and run talent assessment centres.
  • Psychometric testing.
  • Administering 360s.
  • Talent development/HR theory and practice e.g. programme design, learning needs analysis, learning design and delivery. Expert Facilitation Skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Project management skills.
  • Operational knowledge of LMS systems.
  • Budget management.
  • Ability to analyze talent data and translate into useable insights.
You'll also have:
  • Commercial awareness and mindset.
  • HR, Leadership and Management Development experience.
  • Business planning in a global context.
  • CIPD Level 5 HR/Learning & Development (or equivalent).
  • Adult learning theories.
  • Competency frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Effective communication skills: ability to adapt approach to multiple cultural contexts.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
