JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Development Learning Partner designs and delivers learning strategies and programs to build holistic capability, with a strong focus on IT skills that support Novare's vision as a leading digital transformation enabler. The role works closely with department leaders to address technical and functional learning needs, ensuring employees are deployment-ready, innovative, and prepared for career growth. Responsibilities include developing training materials, implementing programs, measuring success, managing budgets, and coordinating with training vendors and consultants.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts needs analysis, in partnership with the department heads to identify the technical learning priorities of the department
- Coordinates with the respective line managers in ensuring that identified successors and key talents are provided with technical learning and development opportunities based on their defined individual development plans
- Builds strong professional relationship with the leaders and key decision makers in the organization to develop partnership support in the implementation of the identified technical training programs
- Ensures that company-wide technical learning interventions are enforced and driven in their respective groups
- Develops annual learning plan based on the results of the training needs analysis with appropriate learning interventions and timelines
- Designs and creates technical training modules, materials, and other possible technical learning materials or solutions according to target participants, agreed schedule, and appropriate learning platform
- Guides identified group SMEs on the development of group-specific modules to ensure quality and completion according to agreed timelines
- Coordinates with the team's logistics/administrative officer for preparations needed for program/course conduct such as invites, materials, room reservation, food, tools, prizes, required training forms/documents and vendor payments
- Conducts technical training programs either as speaker/facilitator or moderator
- Conducts post-training evaluation, summarizes responses, translates the data gathered into a training management report, then shares the results to HR BPs, respective group directors, line managers, and other stakeholders
- Tracks and reports all technical learning & development related data via the training dashboard such as but not limited to completion rate of mandated/assigned training, training coverage (employees trained), ave. training hours per talent, budget utilization (forecasted vs actual), etc.
- Manages and monitors the approved training budget utilization for all technical training programs
- Ensures that training cost and other expenses related to technical training are within budget and aligned with the company's technical learning priorities for the year.
- Sources and coordinates with third party vendors on requirements alignment, customization and delivery of training programs aligned with the needs analysis results, and training priorities of stakeholders
- Reviews and endorses the training proposals and module design/s developed by third party vendors to ensure the program offerings meet the training plan and objectives.
- Works closely with the Product Management team for the technical certification requirements of partner technology.
- Works with finance and logistics to ensure that the processes and policies in requesting for training are observed and followed.
- Coordinates with department leads as well as training vendors in monitoring the completion of the technical training and certifications.
- Periodically reviews and updates the technical training policy and procedure manual.
- Coordinates with the stakeholders for the enhancement of the technical training policy and procedures.
- Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource and performs other tasks assigned by higher management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree holder, preferably of Computer Science and/or other behavioral science degrees but not required
- Has at least 5-year experience as a Training Consultant or Training Partner, preferably in an IT Company
- Aware about the current trends in the IT industry
- With proven track record in the learning & development space
- Experience in accounts, stakeholder and relationship management from similar industries
- Good communication skills
- Agile learner
