We are looking for a talent development professional to drive the planning and delivery of training initiatives that support employee growth and business performance. This role focuses on identifying capability gaps, developing targeted learning solutions, and ensuring the effective rollout of programs that build skills across different employee groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess capability and development needs of assigned teams in alignment with business priorities.
- Conduct structured learning needs analysis and translate insights into actionable development plans.
- Develop and manage annual training plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned groups.
- Tailor learning programs to address varying employee needs, roles, and levels.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure training initiatives are aligned with operational goals.
- Design and adapt learning solutions using established frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective learning programs.
- Maintain quality standards for training delivery and support accreditation of training partners.
- Facilitate engaging, inclusive learning experiences that promote participation and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or HR with exposure to training functions.
- Hands-on experience in learning needs analysis, program design, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working with external training providers or shared services is an advantage.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
