Provide one-on-one career coaching sessions via phone or virtual meetings

Assess individual career goals, skills, and experience to create tailored development plans

Guide individuals in job search strategies, including identifying suitable roles and career paths

Review and provide feedback on resumes/CVs and support interview preparation

Conduct structured consultations to understand career aspirations, strengths, and development needs

Facilitate workshops and learning sessions on topics such as job search strategies, career transitions, and personal branding

Stay informed about labor market trends and hiring practices to provide relevant guidance

Document interactions, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on support provided

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend additional support when necessary
