Job Summary
The Global Learning and Talent Development Analyst is responsible for working closely with the Head of Practice Networks and Divisional Talent Teams to manage the administration and logistics of learning & talent development programs across RELX globally and to provide Talent Development reporting.
Accountabilities
- Works closely with the Head of Practice and Talent Development partners to create a project and delivery plan for all T&C portfolio initiatives by managing relationships with vendors, internal and external facilitators and venues to ensure all program logistics are planned and executed to meet or exceed standards of delivery incl. VILT.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the entire training process—from pre-training preparations and in-training assistance to post-training follow-up—delivering both in-person and virtual support sessions.
- Respond to myHR inquiries regarding Learning, Performance, Development, and any other related concerns.
- Develop and design posters and other training materials using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or any other provided software.
- Generate, review, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders concerning learning programs and performance development.
- Assists in executing the T&C communication and marketing plan to ensure development opportunities are well-publicized.
- Maximizes the systems and technologies (e.g., Learning Management System, intranet/Sharepoint sites) that support the T&C portfolio delivery and participates in meetings to identify LMS enhancements and serve as the primary point of contact for the LMS system for course setup, registration and other LMS functions and queries.
- Handles first level of support for divisional LMS queries and other functional administrators and escalating LMS incidents with the LMS technical team as required.
- Ensuring divisions apply recommended practices to deploy learning for consistent and reliable results
- Manages the process to regularly evaluate and report impact across the T&C portfolio using metrics such as participation, program quality and cost.
- Supports the T&C budgeting process and manages invoicing and payment for vendors and ensure business units and functions are cross charged appropriately.
- Identify best practices or opportunities to make delivery more cost-efficient.
- Documents and maintains master library of all course content and materials with appropriate backup to ensure disaster recovery.
- Collects, collates and analyses the data in order to produce the annual RELX development calendar.
- Provides level 1 support for EOS enquiries
- Provides regular and on demand reporting for core Talent Development processes (e.g. pdp, OTR , talent card, dashboard reporting)
- Creates and develops presentations in support of core Learning and Talent Development offerings and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 1 year experience with Learning Management Systems or any training related field
- Experience of working with a multinational global company preferred
- Experience of digital learning platforms and working with different content providers
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. in Excel for reporting purposes and PowerPoint)
- It is required to report to the office once a month or during any client visits, townhall meetings, or engagement activities organized onsite by HRSS.
- Must be receptive to feedback and willing to adjust working hours while supporting virtual sessions onshore and during peak season when cases are being submitted on myHR
- Must be willing to address urgent requests and prioritize them as determined by stakeholders or the supervisor.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools/ Power BI and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
