Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite)
Shift Schedule: Night Shift | 10:00 PM 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Coordination
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones, primarily supporting US-based roles.
- Share interview details, preparation materials, and post-interview follow-ups with candidates.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Recruitment Support
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, phone calls, or messaging platforms.
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain job postings across external job boards and internal platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly recruitment status updates for the US team.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate closely with US Account Managers, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers.
- Ensure alignment on interview schedules, role requirements, and candidate status.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all candidate documentation and interview records are complete and compliant.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and client information at all times.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience as a Talent Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in an RPO or BPO recruitment environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, Workday, Bullhorn, or similar systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with US stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
