About the Role
We are looking for a US Talent Coordinator who will support our clients end-to-end onboarding and administrative requirements. This role ensures a seamless employee experience by coordinating documentation, compliance, scheduling, and communication between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end onboarding coordination for US-based employees
- Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, document requirements, and onboarding updates
- Support the completion, tracking, and validation of onboarding documents and compliance forms
- Maintain accurate records and update trackers and HR systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Assist with scheduling orientations, background checks, and training sessions
- Provide timely updates and follow-through on pending onboarding tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- 13 years of experience in onboarding, HR coordination, recruitment support, or similar administrative roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, US clientfocused environment
- Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace and HR systems (a plus)
- Willing to work night shift (US hours)
- Amenable to a hybrid setup in Quezon City (3x onsite)
