Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Consultant located in BGC, Taguig City. This role will be part of the RPO Team of our Manila TDC to ensure the delivery of strong candidate pipelines through direct and indirect candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive development of talent pools.

The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client - facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of global Recruitment Experience
• With extensive passive sourcing experience
• Can come up with different sourcing strategies for niche roles
• Technical savvy and highly analytical
• Tech or healthcare recruitment background preferred
